On behalf of the club it gives me great please to announce that Paul “Pablo” Harding is the clubs Volunteer of the Month for January 2012. For those of you who don`t know Paul is our Senior Men’s Head Coach and also assists with the clubs under 15`s & 16`s and Dorset & Wilts squads. During January Pablo was names as RFU adult coach of the year 2011 and coached the clubs 1st XV to win the D&W Plate against Supermarine. As volunteer co - ordinator for Weymouth RFC it gives me Great pleasure to name Tony Worle and Mark Sample as Volunteers of the month for March!

Tony is the first team Captain and Mark is first team Vice Captain, through their hard work the 1st team finished 3rd in Dorset & Wilts 1 and their Strong leadership of the Team has shone through.

Andy Skelson	As volunteer co - ordinator for Weymouth RFC it gives me Great pleasure to name Gordon Harding and Andy Skelson Volunteer`s of the Month for January! This is in Recognition for all their hard work, Gordon is a under 14`s & 15`s Coach and also he organises the RFU proficiency awards at the club. Andy is the other person who runs around on a Sunday with a Camera taking as many photos as possible so that we can get the match reports in with a photo to the Echo.
