On a day when running rugby was going to be the winner Weymouth III where undone by a Oaks team brimming with young fast players, despite the loss there was some good performances on the day from Richard Barclay, Matt Snuck, Tom Moat, Glyn Arnold , Mike Newland and Pat Merritt. Weymouth's try was scored by Boyd Cheeseman, his first for many years and well deserved it was to, well done to all the new players.
